- AT ALL TIMES ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH NO LONGER THAN 10’.
- No Owner shall bring more than two dogs at any time.
- If your DOG is brought ONTO THE PROPERTY, YOU MUST PICK-UP AFTER YOUR DOG.
- If you choose to ride in the arena YOU MUST WET DOWN THE ARENA for approx. three minutes. You cannot turn on more than three sprinkler heads at a time while you are wetting down the arena. Using more than three sprinklers heads at a time may cause substantial damage to the well pump. Please familiarize yourself with the sprinkler system around the arena as you will be responsible for any damage that may occur due to its improper use.
- If you choose to use the Turnout please follow the same rules and wet down the Turnout for 2-3 minutes prior to allowing your Horse(s) in the Turnout.
- If your Horse(s) defecates in the arena/round pen/horse wash station/grooming area turnouts, or around the stable property etc. YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR HORSE(S) and dispose of the poop in a proper disposal container.
- ABSOLUTELY NO LESSONS MAY BE GIVEN BY OWNERS/BOARDERS TO ANY OTHER PEOPLE.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL LEASING OF YOUR HORSE(S). ALL LEASING OF HORSES MUST GO THROUGH J AND J RIDING ACADEMY AND BOARDING.
- A liability form must be signed every time someone is on the property other than the Owner/Boarder.
- All children under 16, are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children under 16 are not allowed to be in the Horse stalls/runs alone for any reason, at any time, unless accompanied by an instructor employed by the stable.
- Anyone 18 years and younger is required to wear a helmet at all times while riding. The stables has the right to ask for identification for proof of age.
- THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED OF ANY KIND ON PROPERTY.
- There shall be no alcohol consumed or brought on to the property at any time.
- Please be courteous and do not cause ANY problems to our neighbors. This shall include, but is not limited to staying away from the property owners animals located in pens at the south-east side of the property. We take complaints from the neighbors very seriously.
- Please keep noise and music volume at a level that will not interfere with the neighboring properties. There shall be no noise past 9:30pm.
- Please ensure that the side-gate is closed at all times.
- If you are the last person leaving at night, make sure that the barn lights and the three tall arena lights have been turned off.
- Absolutely no one is allowed in the hay room/Barn for any reason, please speak with Jordyn or Hunter.
- Should you choose to take your Horse(s) off the property for any reason you are doing so completely at you and your Horses(s) own risk.
- Horse visiting hours shall be no later than 10pm, unless otherwise agreed to by Jordyn.
